HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
- Log into your account by clicking on the teal 'Jewelry Rewards' box on the lower left-hand side of my shop. It will be a present/gift icon on the lower left-hand side if you are on mobile.
- If you have earned enough points for a Jewelry Reward Certificate, a Redeem button will be shown next to the reward you qualify for. Click the Redeem button, then Confirm.
- You will receive a one-time use code (which won't expire) on your dashboard and via email.
HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?
- Log into your account by clicking on the teal 'Jewelry Rewards' box on the lower left-hand side of my shop. It will be a present/gift icon on the lower left-hand side if you are on mobile.
- Under "Refer your friends'" You can copy and paste your referral link (URL) into an email to send to a friend who likes jewelry as much as you do.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Points are earned on your net purchase total after any discounts are applied and before shipping and taxes.
- Points will not be earned for orders that are returned or canceled.
- Reward certificates may be used immediately or saved for future purchases.
- Reward certificates cannot be returned to your point balance.
- There is no scroll bar on the right-hand side to use in the Jewelry Rewards program. You need to move your cursor to the area inside the Jewelry Reward and then just scroll up or down to see more information.
