***Return for a refund - you must email me within 7 days of receiving jewelry. ***
***Any returned jewelry must be received by me within 14 days with an authorization code. ***
Please check the items when your order is received. If there are any discrepancies or if you are not happy with your order, you need to email me (email@example.com) WITHIN SEVEN DAYS after receiving the order if you want to return an item(s). You will need to include a photo of the defective jewelry describing what is wrong so I can take corrective action. At that time I will email you an authorization code if it is authorized for a return. Be sure to package it properly, so it arrives safely. You are also responsible to pay the shipping costs when returning an item(s).
IMPORTANT NOTE: All returned products MUST BE in their original condition. I will issue a credit to you after I receive the returned products only if they are in their original condition.

Timeline of Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
