Jewelry Guarantee

For the first year, I will fix your jewelry for free if something breaks because of defect or workmanship. This guarantee does not cover any damage caused by the client.

I want you to enjoy your jewelry for many years, that is why I will work with you to fix your jewelry. After the first year, there may be a fee for fixing it. If it is a minor repair, I will fix it for free. You will need to cover the total cost of shipping.

All requests must be sent via email with photos of the damaged jewelry. I will contact you after receiving the email and we can move forward from there.
