Since we can't get out other than to grocery shop, pickup prescriptions and go to the post office I decided to share one of my favorite healthy snacks with you. This is a very easy snack to make. The biggest challenge will be which jewelry will you wear while making it. You could choose your favorite, dangle earrings, and bracelet to wear. Why not make it fun. Now that you've chosen your favorite jewelry it's time to make the snack.
You will need the following ingrediants to make this healthy snack:
Mix the following ingrediants in a bowl:
You can very the amount of vanilla and sugar depending on your taste buds. Next spread the mix on the cookie sheet. I found a rubber spatula works best for spreading it out.
Put the half cherries on top of the yogart and place in freezer until it's frozen solid. Once it's frozen, take it out of the freezer and break it up into the sizes you want. Store it in a sealed container and put it back in the freezer. Now when you're craving a snack just have a sweet healthy treat.
Now that you have your snack made, you can shop for some unique jewelry.
